Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Time Limit: Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Condition: Items must be in original condition
  • Packaging: Include all original packaging and accessories
  • Documentation: Include proof of purchase

Subscription Cancellations

For subscription services:

  • No automatic renewals - you control when to extend
  • Unused time can be refunded if device is returned
  • Data is preserved for 30 days after cancellation
  • Reactivation possible within 30 days

This return policy is in addition to your statutory rights under EU consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights as a consumer.
